Bethlehem Academy has access to great medical resources in the Faribault area, including Allina Health Care, Mayo Clinic Health System and Northfield Hospital.  We are blessed to often have members of the local medical community and first responders in attendance at our games.

Michelle Wieber, PT, ATC
Wieber Physical Therapy


Michelle Wieber graduated from the Physical Therapy Program at Ohio State University in 1990. Michelle became nationally certified as an Athletic Trainer in 1995. She subsequently practiced in both outpatient offices and hospital settings until she helped start the Physical Therapist Assistant Program in Albert Lea, MN. Michelle and her husband Dave started Wieber Physical Therapy in June 1997. Michelle has pursued continuing education in the areas of vestibular rehabilitation, knee and shoulder injuries, women’s health, spine care, and is a certified WorkSteps Provider for post-offer, pre-employment testing. Michelle loves to read, listen to music, hike, dance, wake board, garden, and watch her children grow into life long learners.

Michelle Wieber provides athletic training services to Bethlehem Academy.  You will usually find Michelle on the sidelines for our home varsity football games.  Michelle will also see student-athletes Mondays after school at BA during the fall and by appointment during the winter and spring.  Call (507) 333-2986 to schedule an appointment.  You may also see Michelle's husband, Dave Wieber, PT, ATC, on the sidelines on occasion as well.



Jason Lee, D.O.

Dr. Jason Lee is a board certified sports medicine physiatrist/physician who is a former collegiate hockey player that completed sports medicine fellowship training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  He has special interests in sports medicine, sports-related concussions, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries.  Dr. Lee has served as a team physician at numerous high schools during the course of his medical career and worked as a physician for numerous Minnesota State High School state tournaments, specifically the Minnesota State High School League Boys’ State Hockey Tournament for numerous years.  He is a member of the Minnesota State High School League Sports Medicine Advisory Committee and is a team physician for USA hockey at local/international games/events/competitions.  Dr. Lee sees patient/student athletes at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Faribault and the world-renowned Mayo Clinic.  Please call 507-333-3300 to schedule a clinic visit/appointment as needed in Faribault for all of your sports medicine needs.
